Refund policy

Every piece is carefully selected, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. But if your item isn't quite right for you, you can make a return for store credit, or an exchange using our self-service return portal.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and access Orders within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Follow the guided steps to submit your return and generate a prepaid return label.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming your store credit, or exchange.

Klarna Purchases

For orders paid via Klarna, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original inclusions (e.g, dust bag, box, accessories, tags if available).
  • Items must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Free return postage is provided for approved Klarna returns.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to Klarna purchases.
  • Store credit or exchanges are not applicable for Klarna transactions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Store credit has no expiration, allowing you to shop for the perfect piece at your own pace.

Exchanges

For the quickest processing, we recommend returning your original purchase first. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item. This helps ensure availability and faster fulfillment.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
